These are interim terms for the current release. Full attorney-reviewed terms will be posted before general availability.

1. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to create a XP Hop account. Cash prize drawings require participants to be at least 18 years old (or the local legal age, whichever is higher).

2. Account & conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, not impersonate others, and not abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Quest submissions

Submissions are reviewed by our team. Approved submissions may earn points, badges, and prize entries. Fraudulent submissions may be rejected, voided, or result in account suspension.

4. Location data

XP Hop uses location data only for verifying quest completions. We do not share precise location data with third parties.

5. Liability disclaimer

You are responsible for your own safety while completing quests. Do not break local laws, trespass, drive distracted, or take risks at any quest location. XP Hop is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during quest participation.
